All our products are handcrafted to order so please allow up to 6-8 weeks for dispatch, especially in busy periods (March to October). Custom Designs may take slightly longer.
All our tiaras, bouquets & accessories are hand made using only the best materials and as such there may be slight variations in colours from those published here.
Colour control of the crystals and beads and other materials used are the responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier and may occasionally differ from what is shown.
Please ensure you have chosen the correct colours and dimensions of the items you have ordered. Goods will not be dismantled and remade if the customer has made a mistake with sizing, colours etc.
Be decisive when ordering. Do not make changes to the individual pieces that will affect work time and price afterwards.
You have the right to cancel the order at anytime. By placing your order through Crystal Visions, you agree to inform me if you decide to cancel as soon as possible. There will however be a charge of 25% of the total goods (for restocking fee)
Orders will be cancelled without notification if payments aren't received within 21 days of the order being placed.Work doesn't start on your order until payment has been received.
Your order number and an approximate completion date will be issued on receiving the initial deposit payment of 25%.
The completion/dispatch dates provided will change causing a delay with your order if payments are late.
Specifications
It is important that at the very beginning of the order you measure the dimensions accurately as once an order is in progress it can be difficult to rectify. A refund will not be issued if the items you have ordered do not fit. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct size and colours when ordering.
Payment
We accept payment by credit/debit card.
Delivery
All UK mainland deliveries are sent by special delivery.
Crystal Visions does not take responsibility for late arrival, loss or damage of your package once it has left our care.
Postage will be charged at the current Royal Mail tariff.
Deposits
As all Tiaras, Jewellery & Accessories are made to order, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the item is payable when ordering.
Crystal Bouquets require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the value of the order.
All ordered items as a general rule require 8 - 10 weeks notice, although we can supply at short notice under special circumstances. Before dispatch all payments must be paid in full.
When ordering please let us know the date of your wedding.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Crystal Visions within 3 days of delivery. You will receive a refund of the total cost of the goods ordered minus a 25% restocking fee.
The goods must be returned in their original new condition, packaged securely and returned within 7 days (UK) of purchase and before the date of the Wedding.....
Due to sanitary reason earrings cannot be returned for refund.
Crystal Visions require that returned items are sent Recorded Delivery.
A refund will not be issued if the items you have ordered do not fit. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct sizes when ordering.
Safety
Many of the materials used in the making of the products shown on site contain very small parts. For health and safety reasons they must be kept out of reach of children at all times.
